Terms of Sale

Clear information for orders, delivery, returns, complaints and customer rights.

Terms of Sale

Commercial baseline: Approved and in effect from 13 September 2026.
Terms version: FENNORICA-COMMERCIAL-TERMS-2026-09-13-V1

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Fennorica Oy through the AdaptSprint® store. They are the standing commercial baseline for physical products, digital products, services, AdaptSprint Activate, AdaptSprint Experience and CoreX offers. Product-specific terms shown before purchase form part of the contract for that order.

Seller

Fennorica Oy, operating AdaptSprint® and CoreX commercial offers.
Operating and correspondence address: Business Park Kehämylly, Vantaankoskentie 14, 01670 Vantaa, Finland.
Email: info@adaptsprint.com.

Products, services and specifications

The product page, selected variant, checkout information, order confirmation and released specification define what is purchased. Images and examples illustrate the product but do not override the released specification. Features described as future, roadmap, beta or separately governed are not included unless expressly stated.

Prices, taxes and payment

The price and any applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges displayed before the order is placed form the price presented for that purchase. Customer-facing Finland/EUR prices are tax-inclusive where shown as such by the store. Catalogue prices may change for future orders. A concluded order is not repriced merely because a later catalogue price changes.

Order acceptance and confirmation

After an order is concluded, the customer receives the applicable confirmation on a durable medium such as email. We may contact the customer where reasonably necessary to complete delivery, scheduling, onboarding, verification or another purchased service.

Physical-product launch orders

Current AdaptSprint physical products may be ordered before the full physical release. Unless a product page states an earlier fulfilment date, physical dispatch for this launch inventory is scheduled to begin from 3 December 2026. By ordering a launch product, the customer agrees to this later dispatch timetable. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and depends on the delivery method and destination.

Digital products and services

Digital products and commercially active services may be supplied immediately or through assisted or managed activation. Where applicable law requires an express request, consent or acknowledgement before digital supply begins during a statutory withdrawal period, that step is collected before the relevant supply begins. Payment alone does not waive a statutory right that requires a separate consent or acknowledgement. Approved Digital Access & Licence Terms are available at Digital Access & Licence Terms.

CoreX services, credentials and identity

CoreX Verify and CoreX Identity & Access are commercial services within the scope stated for the purchased offer. Purchase does not itself create a credential, identity-assurance decision or regulated status. Credential issuance, lifecycle and verification remain subject to the applicable CoreX policy, evidence and authority controls. Fennorica Oy does not represent CoreX as a qualified trust service provider, government identity scheme, qualified electronic signature service or other regulated status unless that status has actually been obtained and is expressly stated for the relevant service.

Managed sessions, workshops and programmes

Facilitated sessions, workshops, programmes, events and deployments are supplied according to the purchased scope and any agreed scheduling, participant, venue, travel, delivery-mode, rescheduling or cancellation conditions. Material customisation outside the purchased scope may require a separate quotation or agreement.

Withdrawal, returns and defective products

Statutory withdrawal and change-of-mind cancellation are described in Returns & Right of Withdrawal. Defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete products are handled under Complaints & Defective Products. These processes are distinct, and nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Delivery

Physical delivery is governed by Shipping & Delivery. Digital and managed-service fulfilment is governed by the applicable offer and Digital Access & Licence Terms.

Disputes

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly with Fennorica Oy, consumers may seek guidance from Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and, where applicable, refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Mandatory rights and remedies under applicable law remain unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases to reflect operational, legal, product or regulatory changes. The terms applicable to an existing order remain those incorporated into that order, subject to mandatory law.
