These terms apply to released AdaptSprint Experiences, digital materials, facilitator access and other electronically supplied content where the applicable offer incorporates them.
Licence and entitlement
An eligible purchase or approved entitlement grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the relevant digital content or service within the scope stated for that offer. Intellectual-property ownership remains with the applicable Fennorica, AdaptSprint or CoreX rights holder.
Scope of use
The applicable offer may define access duration, named-user, team, organisation, facilitator or session scope, permitted downloads, offline use, configuration and other entitlement conditions. Protected materials may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, publicly republished or used outside the granted scope unless separately authorised.
Accounts and security
Named-user rights must not be shared. Organisation, team and facilitator access may be used only within the purchased entitlement. Customers must take reasonable steps to protect account credentials, verification references and signed access links from unauthorised use.
Compatibility and functionality
Material device, browser, interoperability, account, download or connectivity requirements are stated for the released offer where relevant. We may improve or maintain the service over time without removing mandatory rights or materially changing an existing paid entitlement contrary to applicable law.
Immediate digital supply and withdrawal
If applicable consumer law requires an express request or consent for performance to begin during the statutory withdrawal period, or an acknowledgement concerning loss of the withdrawal right for eligible digital content, AdaptSprint obtains the required evidence before relying on that exception. Payment alone is not treated as that consent.
Managed and assisted activation
Some digital, CoreX and professional offers use assisted or managed onboarding as their delivery method. Commercial availability is not dependent on a development-mode switch. Where identity, organisation, entitlement or policy checks are required, access is activated after those applicable checks are completed.
Suspension and security controls
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, legal compliance or system security, or in response to material licence breach, subject to mandatory consumer rights and the terms of the purchased offer.
Credentials and evidence
Experience completion or payment does not automatically create a CoreX credential. Credential eligibility, issuance, lifecycle and verification depend on the applicable evidence and policy controls. Public verification presents the status held by the authoritative service and is not a substitute for an accreditation or regulated status that has not been expressly granted.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy information and data-protection requirements. Customers should not submit sensitive information unless the relevant service expressly requests and supports it for an authorised purpose.
Changes
These standing terms may be updated for future purchases when product, operational, legal or regulatory requirements change. Existing purchases remain governed by the terms incorporated into their order, subject to mandatory law.
