How It Works
Build. Challenge. Adapt.
AdaptSprint starts with physical construction, introduces a challenge or constraint, and then changes the conditions so participants can test, adapt and try again.
A simple physical cycle
The digital layer can help people discover, prepare and extend an activity, but it is not required for the core interaction.
1. Build
Use the physical components to make, test or represent something tangible.
2. Challenge
Add a goal, constraint, role, time condition or other challenge rule.
3. Adapt
Change the conditions, review what happened and try a different response.
