My Experiences

Digital and hybrid AdaptSprint Experiences are active for eligible offers. Access is governed by the purchased offer, the corresponding CoreX VECTOR configuration and the applicable entitlement policy.

Governed card Experiences

AdaptSprint now has nine governed Cards & Expansions configurations backed by the canonical VECTOR card library: Core Balanced, Sprint Reference, Challenge Balanced, STEM, Teamwork, Pro Reference, Creativity, Adult & Social, and Education Balanced. Each commercial deck resolves to a controlled configuration and composition profile rather than an untracked copy of card content.

How access is issued

For an eligible purchase, VECTOR validates the persisted order activation, purchased SKU, governed configuration, consent/policy state and any reversal or refund condition before Experience access can be issued. Access is scoped to the eligible configuration and does not come from typing an order number alone.

During the current GTM integration stage, eligible access may be supplied through automatic, assisted or managed fulfilment depending on the offer and the available authenticated account integration. The secure customer self-service holder binding is being integrated with the customer-account layer; this page therefore does not claim that every order can already be launched automatically from the browser.

What the Experience runtime supports

  • governed deck and challenge flow;
  • challenge, Pulse and reflection moments;
  • round/session timers and facilitator controls;
  • facilitator notes and session trace where applicable;
  • resumable runtime snapshots;
  • completion and evidence hand-off for programmes that use those controls.

Need access help?

Open your customer account and keep your order reference available. If an eligible Experience is not yet visible through your account, contact info@adaptsprint.com. The order reference helps support locate the purchase; it is not itself an access credential.
