Digital access and managed services
Selected AdaptSprint Activate, AdaptSprint Experience, CoreX Verify and CoreX Identity & Access offers are commercially active services. Delivery is policy-controlled and may use immediate digital supply, assisted activation or managed onboarding according to the purchased offer and applicable customer, entitlement, identity or trust controls. Managed or assisted fulfilment is a delivery model, not a development-status restriction.
The approved Digital Access & Licence Terms and Terms of Sale are in effect from 13 September 2026.
Where a digital product requires an express request or acknowledgement before supply can begin during a statutory withdrawal period, access will not be started merely because payment has been completed. The required evidence is obtained before the relevant digital supply is activated.

Complaints and defective products
For damaged, incorrect, incomplete or defective products, see Complaints & Defective Products. Product complaints are handled separately from statutory withdrawal.
Shipping and delivery
See Shipping & Delivery for physical delivery information. Digital and managed-service offers are activated or coordinated electronically and do not require physical shipping unless the product description expressly includes physical goods.
