Returns & Right of Withdrawal
This page explains the standing customer process for AdaptSprint and CoreX online purchases. Statutory rights depend on whether the purchase is a physical good, service, dated activity or electronically supplied digital content.
Physical goods
For most goods bought online by consumers, the statutory withdrawal period is normally 14 days from receipt of the goods. A customer may also notify us of withdrawal before delivery. Launch orders scheduled for dispatch from 3 December 2026 remain subject to applicable statutory rights; the agreed later dispatch date does not remove those rights.
Services
For eligible service contracts, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded. If a consumer expressly requests that performance begin during the withdrawal period, the legal consequences depend on the extent of performance and the applicable rules. Payment alone is not treated as an express request where the law requires a separate request.
Electronically supplied digital content
For digital content supplied electronically, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded. Where the law permits the withdrawal right to be lost after supply begins, AdaptSprint relies on that exception only where the required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained.
Dated leisure, event and similar services
Some leisure or event services provided for a specific date or period can be subject to an exception from the ordinary withdrawal right. Where applicable, the relevant product or booking identifies that condition rather than assuming it for every service.
How to withdraw
For an eligible order, send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract to info@adaptsprint.com, including the order reference and enough information to identify the purchase. A reason is not required for statutory withdrawal. Where an online withdrawal function is provided, it may also be used.
Returns
If physical goods need to be returned, order-specific return instructions will identify the applicable return route, address and any lawful responsibility for return costs. Do not send products to the correspondence address unless the return instructions say to do so.
Refunds
Where withdrawal or an agreed cancellation gives rise to a refund, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the applicable legal period, normally using the original payment method unless another method is agreed. For physical goods, reimbursement may be withheld where legally permitted until the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.
Defective goods
Withdrawal is separate from rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods. See Complaints & Defective Products.
