Accessibility at AdaptSprint

Status: Public information.

AdaptSprint aims to make its digital information, commerce and experience services usable by as many people as reasonably possible. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing design, content and quality requirement rather than a one-time claim.

We review structure, navigation, keyboard use, readable content, alternative text, contrast, responsive behaviour and compatibility with common assistive technologies as the relevant experience is built and changed.

Where a specific legal or technical accessibility requirement applies to a released service or market, that applicability and supporting evidence are assessed for the relevant scope before a formal conformity statement is made.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact AdaptSprint with the page or feature involved and a description of the issue so it can be assessed and prioritised.
