Payment & Order Information
Checkout is active for published AdaptSprint and CoreX offers. Physical, digital and managed-service orders may use different fulfilment paths, all of which are identified by the applicable product and order information.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are those shown by Shopify Checkout for the customer’s market, currency, device and payment-provider eligibility.
Prices and taxes
The price, taxes, delivery charges and other charges shown before the customer places the order are the amounts presented for that purchase. Finland/EUR customer-facing prices are tax-inclusive where the store indicates taxes are included. Promotional discounts are shown separately when active.
Physical launch orders
Current physical AdaptSprint products can be ordered now. Unless the product page states an earlier date, physical dispatch is scheduled to begin from 3 December 2026. Customers should consider this launch timetable before ordering.
Order confirmation
After a successful order, the customer receives the applicable confirmation and transactional information on a durable medium such as email.
Digital and managed fulfilment
Digital Experience access, facilitator services, managed programmes, CoreX Verify and CoreX Identity & Access may use automatic, assisted or managed fulfilment. Where an automated step is not yet used for a particular offer, Fennorica Oy coordinates the purchased activation, onboarding, scheduling or delivery through the applicable managed process.
Credentials and entitlements
Payment does not fabricate an entitlement, credential, identity-assurance result or verification status. Authoritative entitlements and credentials are created only by the applicable CoreX/VECTOR process when the relevant policy, evidence and operational requirements are satisfied.
Immediate digital supply
Where applicable law requires an express request, consent or acknowledgement before digital supply begins during a statutory withdrawal period, the required evidence is collected before that supply begins.
